Ingredients
1 cup oats2 Tbsp almond butter2 scoops protein powder1 Tbsp flaxseeds1/4 cup water
Directions
Mix ingredients. Put the mixture on a silicon mat in a dish. Freeze for 45 minutes. Then cut into 8 pieces you can store in little jars in the fridge.
