Black Bean Confetti Salad

Ingredients
2 cup black beans1/2 orange pepper, diced1/2 red pepper, diced1 medium jalapeno, diced1.5 c roasted corn niblets1 avocado, dicedhandful cilantro, chopped.5 sweet onion, diced3 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp lime juice1 tsp cumin.5 tsp honey1/8 tsp cayenne
Directions
Combine black beans, diced pepper, roasted corn, onion and cilantro.

In separate bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, honey, cayenne and salt and pepper to taste, pour over bean mixture and toss.
