Baked Sago pudding

1.25 l milk1 cup sago75 ml margarien75 ml sugar4 eggs5 ml vanilla extract
Heat the milk until boiling point.
Add the sago and salt and kook over low heat until the sago is clear.
Add the sugar and margarien and stir threw.
Take pot of heat.
Let the mixture cool down for a minute or two.
Add the beaten eggs and pour into baking dish.
Bake for appr. 50 minutes at 160 degrees.
You can add some cinamon sugar, jam or ideal milk to taste afterwords. (not included in cal count)
