Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
skim milke eggs vanilla cinnamon rolled oats brown sugar baking powder walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray. Whisk together milk, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, stir together cinnamon, rolled oats, brown sugar and baking powder. Fold milk mixture into oat mixture. Let stand for 15 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over top and bake for 35-45 minutes.
