quick apple crisp

Ingredients
2 medium apples1/4 cup flour1/4 cup uncooked oatmealcinnamonsmart balancebrown sugarsplenda or other sugar substitute
Directions
2 medium apples chopped up
mix sugar substitute and 2 tbs of flower together. Mix into apples in a oven or microwaveable container.

Add smart balance or other softened butter replacement to oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, and flower. Mix well.

Sprinkle oatmeal mixture over top of apples, and either bake until apples are tender, or microwave on medium until they are tender.

The time it will take will vary from oven to oven.
