Spinach salad

Ingredients
2-3 bags of baby spinach1 small cabbage approx. 3/4 shredded1/2-3/4 cup cashew halves1/2 cup raisins 6 Tblsp sugar2 tsp dry mustard1 tsp salt1 tsp celery seed1 medium onion finely chopped +/or minced garlic1/3 cup red wine vinegar1 cup canola or olive oil
Directions
make dressing 1 day ahead

Dressing:
6 Tblsp sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
1 medium onion finely chopped +/or minced
garlic
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup canola or olive oil

Combine first 4 ingredients then before serving slowly blend dressing over them and gently mix.
