Ingredients
0.5 Green Oakleaf Lettuce0.25 Red Coral Lettuce0.5 small green capsicum, sliced0.5 medium red capsicum, sliced0.5 red onion, ringed10 cherry tomatoes, halved3 serves of leftover 'Restraunt Grilled Chicken', cut into bite size pieces (see above)1 cup of leftover roast chicken, shredded69g Outback Spirit Wild Lime Dressing
Directions
1/ Mix the two types of lettuce and arrange them in the serving bowl.
2/ Add all the other ingredients to a mixing bowl, and stir until coated with dressing.
3/ Place the contents of the mixing bowl onto the lettuce.
