1 cup flourwater1 tsp olive oil2 tbsp tomato paste1cup mozzarella cheese (use the skim or part skim)fresh tomato thinly sliced(Chopped fresh spinach is great too)
Mix flour with water until a dough that is not sticky forms. On a 9 inch cast iron skillet rub the i tsp of olive oil. take the dough and press it out on the skillet making it even. take the tomato paste and add some water to make a sauce consistency (you can add other spices to it). spread sauce over dough. Add mozarella cheese to taste and top with other toppings. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and becoming golden.
