Pecan Baked French Toast w/Syrup

Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract,1/2 tsp Maple Syrup, 2 oz Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread 6 slices Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1 tsp Pecan Chips (chopped pecans) 1/4 cup Splenda Packet 2 packets Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 6 oz Better ’n’ Eggs egg substitute, 3/4 cup
Slice bread into 1" cubes. Spray 8x8 baking pan with non stick spray. Spread bread cubes in pan evenly. Mix all remaining ingredients except Maple syrup together. Pour mixture over bread cubes, let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
Serve with 1/2 oz. Maple syrup either over top or on side for dipping.
