Ceviche with canned tuna

Ingredients
1 Large red tomato1 medium sized white onion1 jalapeno pepper1 bunch of cilantro1 lime1 can of tuna, water packed
Directions
Make 'pico' basically - chop tomato and onion, dice jalapeno very fine, chop cilantro (amount used based on taste buds. Zest ime and juice. Drain and add tuna. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with wheat crackers.
