Whole Grain Jello Poke Cake

Ingredients

1.5 cups wholegrain white flour1 cup unbleached enriched flour1.5 cup sugar3/4 cup canola oil1 1/4 cup water1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon baking powder2 eggs
Makes 18 servings
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spray rectangular pan with cooking spray
3. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
4. Pour into pan.
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes. While baking, prepare jello.
6. When toothpick inserted comes out clean, remove from oven.
7. Using the end of a spoon, poke holes in the top of the cake.
8. Pour jello over poked cake.
9. Let pan cool on table, then place in refridgerator until jello sets.
10. Enjoy
