OG Venetian Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 Garlic powder1/2 tsp Black pepper1/4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup Apricot preserves8 oz chicken breastVeggies for steaming
Directions
Combine garlic powder and black pepper.
In a saucepan over medium high heat, combine chicken stock and apricot preserves. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat BBQ grill. Place chicken on grill. Cook until internal temp of 165 or until juices run clear.

Steam veggies. Sprinkle with garlic pepper.

To serve: Place chicken in middle of plate; veggies on either side. Top chicken breasts with apricot sauce.
