Ingredients
1 - wheat pita, split in half (to make a round crust)1/2 C fat free mozzarella cheese1/4 C cherry tomatoes, sliced1/4 C sliced fresh mushroomsBasil, chopped
Directions
Place pizza on a cookie sheet & bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. These can be made ahead and frozen until you need them.
