Ingredients
Potatoes - 4 largeVegetable Oil - 8 tbspSalt - 1 tbspRed Chili powder - 1tbsp
Directions
Dice potatoes after peeling into fine 1/2 inch long pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add the pieces when hot. Fry till roasted red. Remove from pan, drain excess oil and add salt and red chili powder.
