1 lb. Extra Firm Tofu1/2 c. House of Tsang Mandarin Marinade5 Mandarin Oranges
Place 1/4 cup marinade on the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Cut tofu into 8 slices, place in pan; turning to coat in marinade. Leave tofu to marinade for 30 minutes turning frequently. Set broiler to 400 degrees. Broil tofu for 10 minutes on each side. While tofu broils, peel mandarin oranges and place in a hot pan with 1/4 cup of marinade. Toss oranges with marinade and 2 packets of truvia sweetener. Serve hot with oranges and sauce over tofu.
