Whole Wheat Tortillas

Ingredients
2 C. whole wheat flour1/2-2/3 C. hot water2 T. oil1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Mix flour and baking powder. Add oil and mix until crumbly. Add 1/2 C. water - mix until it forms a firm dough, adding up to the 2/3 C. if needed.

Let set 20-30 minutes. Pull off pieces just smaller than a golf ball. Flatten and roll on a floured surface until nice & thin. Fry on a dry, medium hot skillet until the first side starts to brown a little - flip over and fry on the other side. Pierce large bubbles with a fork.

Serve warm.
