Breakfast Taco, Vegetarian

1 package whole wheat tortillas1 can nonfat refried beans 1 package reduced fat Mexican shredded cheese1 jar roasted red peppers(and anything else you want to add... chicken breast? cooked bacon? corn? rice? leftovers?)
Directions
Lay out the tortillas and split the ingredients between them.
Roll and freeze
2 minutes from the freezer in the microwave = breakfast!
