Company Meat Balls

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef1/2 c. light sour cream1 lg. egg2 envelopes lipton dry onion soup mix2 slices diced bread1/2 c. flour2 tsp. paprikaSauce:1/2 c. mushrooms, drained1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)2 c. water
Directions
Makes 17 - 1/4 C. meatballs, and gravy mixture

Mix together ground beef, sour cream, egg, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, and diced bread.

Form into 1/4 C balls; roll in flour and paprika mixture; brown in skillet.

Place meat balls in 9x13-inch baking pan.

Sprinkle with second envelope of dry onion soup mix.

Mix Cream of Chicken soup with 2 cups water.
Add drained mushrooms.
Pour mixture over meat balls

Cover with foil, bake in oven at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
