Ham, egg & cheese Muffin w/coffee

Ingredients
1 egg1 slice American cheese1 slice ham1 whole wheat English muffinCoffeew/skim milk and a tiny splash of half & half
Directions
Put English muffin in toaster oven. In a small frying pan spray with non-fat cooking spray. Drop egg into hot frying pan breaking yolk as you do this. When egg is just solidified and flip. Fold ham slice in half and put on top of egg. Put cheese on top. Turn heat to low and cover until ham is warmed and cheese is slightly melted. Place egg on bottom half of English muffin and top with other half.

Brew pot of coffee
Pour cup of coffee and stir in 1 teaspoon of Splenda, an ounce of skim milk along with a splash of half and half.
