Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
1 C. part- skim Ricotta Cheese4 0z. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded1 oz, Parmesan cheese, grated1 egg beaten1 (10 oz) pkg chopped spinach WELL drained1/2 tsp. oregano10 jumbo shells (3oz) cooked, drained and cooled2 2/3 spaghetti sauce
Directions
In a medium bowl mix the first 7 ingredients well. Stuff the shells with equal amounts of the cheese mixture about 3 tablespoons or lg serving-spoon works well. Pour 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan arrange shells, spoon remaining sauce on top sprinkle with oregano.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 F. for 35 minutes.
Makes 4 serving about 2 1/2 shells each
