*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 20 ozsEgg, fresh, 2 large Sara Lee, Delightful White Bread, 2 slices, 2 servingsAsparagus with Cashew Brown Rice (8 servings), 1 serving Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped2 Tbsp Ketchup (Heinz)2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce (Lea&Perrins)Pepper to taste
Makes 8 loaf-size servings.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly blended. Spoon into a glass loaf pan, and bake at 350F for 45 minutes to an hour, until browned. Remove from oven, cover with foil, and allow to stand 5-10 minutes to "set."
