Nean Bean Salad

1 can french style green beans1 can white corn1 can petite peas1 cup finely chopped green onions1 cup chopped celery1 green pepper chopped salt and pepper 1/2 cup sugar3/4 cup white wine vinegar
drain all canned veggies, and mix all of them together in a bowl. add chopped veggies
boil 1 tsp (or less if sodium conscious) and a dash of pepper with 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup white wine vinegar. start on low heat so you don't burn the dressing. once sugar has melted into mixture, pour over veggies, cover refrigerate and let it set overnight. turning it a few times when you have the chance. easy to reduce sugar and/or salt if you prefer.
makes about 8 1 cup servings.
