Dad's Black Bean Burgers!

Ingredients
* Bush's Seasoned Recipe Black Beans, 1.75 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup * Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Goya Recaito, 12 tsp lettucetomatononstick spray
Directions
Combine beans,onions and recaito . Blend in blender or food processor until smooth. Stir egg alone. Stir egg into bean mixture. Stir in bread crumb. Spray pan with nonstick spray and cook 4 minutes each side over medium heat. Top with lettuce, tomato, 3 slices of avocado and 3 rings of onion and serve on a wheat bun. Ken's vidalia onion dressing goes amazing with this (look for the lite or just use a teaspoon).
