Ingredients
2 tbls Hemp Protein2 tbls Peanut Butter (sub Almond Butter)1 cup Almond Milk or Soya Milk1 Large Egg (if veggan, do not add this in)Fruit Coctail, or Pear halves or any fruitadd in a tiny amount of flavouring as well if you want too. eg. mint, vanilla, almond or maple syrop
Directions
In Magic Bullet,
put fruit in first, smoothy the fruit first
Next uncap, add in the other ingredients
add in the Hemp Powder last, so it does not sink to bottom of cup
blend together.
Drink and enjoy!
