Broad Bean Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella

Ingredients
600g frozen broad beans1/2 red onion, finely sliced2 celery inner celery stalks & leaves1 cup wild rocket150g mozzarella1/3 cup olive oil1 tsp finely grated lemon zest2 Tbl lemon juice1 clove garlic, crushed1 long red chilled, seeded & finely slicedSea salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Toss the first five ingredients together.

Shake the remaining ingredients together and use to dress the salad.
