Corn Flake Chicken

Ingredients
1 egg, beaten1/8 cup milk1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 chicken (2 thighs, 2 breasts, 2 drumsticks)2.5 cups crushed corn flakes4 Tbsp butter, meltedcooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray
Beat egg with milk, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture (easier to pour it over and turn to coat)
Cover chicken with corn flake crumbs.
Place skin side up in dish.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake one hour.

    I left out the eggs and the butter, and still thought it was delicious. I sprayed the chicken with olive oil instead of butter. - 2/10/10
