Chicken and Quinoa patties (GF)

Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa1 lb. ultra lean ground chicken breast1/2 cup chopped onions1 medium egg (or large...I used medium for this recipe)salt and pepper to tasteTony's all seasoning (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chicken will be sticky so I suggest coating your hands with a little pam spray.

Cook in a nonstick pan on medium heat for about 10 minutes each side or until completely cooked in either pam Spray or a little olive oil.

Serve with a green vegetable or with a side salad!

    Very Good! I used turkey instead of chicken and also sprinkled the patties with Mrs. Dash original seasoning. I was surprised how much flavor it had. The quinoa and egg really helped the turkey to not be dry, which is usually the case when making a turkey burger. - 7/13/10
