Super Easy Apple Turnovers

Lucks canned fried applescinnamon sugarI can't believe it's not butter sprayPam1 T egg whitePillsbury reduced fat croissants (8 count can)
preheat oven to 350
spray pan w/ Pam
divide croissant dough into 8 pieces
spray each piece with "ICBINB" spray
thinly slice fried apples
put 3 or 4 slices at wide part of croissant and roll up
place in baking dish
pour liquid from apples into BOTTOM of baking dish - not on
top of the croissants
baste tops of croissants with egg white
sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden brown
serve with vanilla ice cream if desired (not included in calorie count)
