Balsamic Vinegarette

1 tbls balsamic vinegar1 tbls lemon juice3 tbls extra virgin olive oil1 tbls dijon mustard1 tsp onion flakes2 tsp Herbs de ProvenceS&P good pinch each
Put all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid and shake well. The mustard will bind the dressing together so the oil and vinegar don’t separate. If you find the dressing too thick you can add water to thin it. Let sit at least 1 hour so the onion can rehydrate a bit.
