Ingredients
11 medium peeled potatoes12 cups frozen spinachCold Water
Directions
Place peeled potatoes in stock pot.
Add just enough cold water to cover potatoes
Bring to a boil
Cover & simmer for 10 minutes
Add spinach & stir
Bring to another boil
Cover & simmer for 5 minutes.
Let sit in pot with lid on until ready to serve.
