6 Oz. Choice of raw Steak, Sliced or Cubed2 Tbsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste2 Tbsp Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce1 Can (14 oz.) Coconut Milk1 Can (4 oz.) Mushroom Pieces, drained1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped Large Pieces1 Medium Onion, chopped3 Cloves Garlic, pressed and diced
Makes 4 Servings
Heat Coconut Milk and Curry Paste on Med. in Large Sauce Pan, 5 Minutes.
Add Fish Sauce, Beef, Pepper, Mushrooms, Onion, Garlic. Simmer on Medium High until meat and vegetables are cooked to Preference.
Serve over rice.
