Teriyaki Stir Fry Tofu and Veggies

Tofu, firm, 0.5 cup Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce, 2 tbspCarrots, raw, 1.5 cup, grated Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, shreddedGreen Beans (sugar snap), 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
This was a quick and easy recipe.
In a frying pan or wok pan fry the cubed tofu until it is brown on all sides. Add the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and just a little water then add the shredded carrots, cabbage, green beans, and mushrooms. Toss lightly to not break up the tofu and cook until warm and serve. You can add any veggies that you like! This would also go good with a small portion of white rice.
