1 pkg oriental noodles (chicken)4 c chopped or shredded cabbage1/4 c green onion2 Tbsp sesame seed3 Tbsp vinegar 2 Tbsp sugar2 Tbsp salad oil1/2 tsp pepper1/4 tsp salt1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted
In a large mixing bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, onions and sesame seed. For dressing, in a crew top jar combine seasoning packet from noodles, vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper and salt. Shake to mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Before serving, stir in almonds. (6 - 1 cup servings)
