Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 med onion1 clove garlic2 14oz cans diced tomatoes1 10oz can Ro-tel tomatoes1 14oz can black beans1 14 oz can pinto beans1 14 oz can kidney beans1 14 oz can whole kernel corn1 pkg taco seasoning1 pkg Original Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (dry only)
Directions
brown meet with onion and garlic, drain grease, add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for at least 1 hour, makes 8 2 cup servings.

    this is REALLY good... i made a large pot full and froze alot of it for my dad :D but i did like this dish... i also left out the ranch and added more water to it - 7/17/07
