Asian Noodle Summer Salad

3 Packages (3 oz. ea.) Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodle soup1 cup Naturally Delicious Asian Sesame Vinaigrette Dressing (or anything like this. Wish-bone makes one like this too)3/4 cup water1 bag (12oz) Green Giant Broccoli Slaw (or any slaw you like)1 cup of fresh snow peas1 cup coarsely chopped peanuts (I used cashew halfs, not chopped)1 cup chopped scallions / green onions
1. Remove flavor packets from soup; set aside.
2. Combine dressing, water and contents of flavor packets in a large bowl with wire whisk. Add noodles, breaking them into bite-size pieces; toss to coat. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally, 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving, stir in remaining ingredients. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh cilantro.
