Ingredients
1 Can refried beans1 medium onion, chopped. *Rosarita Enchilada Sauce, 20 oz12 small Mission Flour Tortillas 1 C. Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar, 1 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients except tortillas and enchilada sauce. Fill tortillas with mixture, cover with sauce; bake 350 15 min.

Serving size is 2 enchiladas.
