4 oz. Barilla plus penne.75 cup low fat ricottablack pepperparsley1 large egg1 TBSP. Parmesan cheese.5 cup light ragu parmesan alfredo sauce.5 cup marinara sauce.5 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta as package directs. Mix together egg, ricotta, parsley, black pepper, and parmesan. Stir in cooked pasta.
Mix together alfredo sauce and marinara sauce. Layer 1/3 of combined sauce in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Add pasta ricotta mixture. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
