Sauteed Escrole and Celery

Ingredients
2 cups of chopped celery2cups chopped escroleone onion choppedone clove garlicsalt and pepper to tasteone small can of low salt tomato sauce
Directions
Sautee the chopped onion, and add the cerlery. Cook covered until tender. Add garlic, and also the chopped esccrole. Add spices and can of tomato. Sautee for about 10 min. I use one tsp of olive oil and add some water after the veggies are added.
makes four half cup servings. opt..sprinkle with good cheese
