Chicken Rice

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cupPeas, frozen, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cupKnorr Chicken Bouillon, 1 serving
Directions
Cook the chickenwith the chicken bouillon and 2 cups of water. removed the chicken and shredded, save the broth.
Add all the remining ingredients to a cook rice pot including the chicken. Add the broth as the wather to cook the rice add more water if necesary to complete the 2 cups needed to cook the rice. cover and let it cook following the instruction of the rice cooker. when done serve with a salad and it will be a complete meal.
