Mini Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb. 93% lean ground beef1/4 C shredded Mexican Blend Cheese1/4 C Panko breadcrumbs1/2 C salsa1 large egg1 T garlic, minced1 T. ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Roll into six small balls and place into Pam-sprayed muffin tin.
Drizzle ketchup over each "muffin".
Bake 350 degrees for one hour.
