Brown rice, 2 cups (dry)Green or red pepper, 1 bigMushrooms (fresh or canned), 4 oz.Onions, 1/2 mediumCanola oil, 6 tbspSoy sauce, 6 tbsp (optional)
Makes 4 servings.
Prepare the rice according to instructions.
In a separate pan or wok, sautee the onions, peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli. Once the vegetables are cooked, or when the rice is done, add the rice to the wok with the vegetables, season with sauce salt and it's ready to serve
