Sugar Free Tropical Cake

Ingredients
1 white cake mix1 11oz. can of mandarin oranges1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce3 egg whites1 pkg. sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding20 oz. crushed pineapple8 oz. cool whip free
Directions
Mix the cake mix, mandarin oranges, applesauce, and egg whites together. Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake @ 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool.

Mix the sf/ff vanilla pudding mix and pineapple together. Fold in the cool whip and spread on cooled cake.
