Ingredients
2/3 cup dry orzo pasta (about 4 oz)1/4 feta cheese crumbles1 cup fresh parsely, loosely packed and chopped1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cook orzo to package instructions. Drain.
2. Stir in feta, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
