Mexican rice

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving *Boullion, Tomato wChicken flavor KNORR, 1 tspCilantro, raw, 1 tbsp *Roma tomato raw, 1 serving *Onion, medium, raw, .5 serving 2 cups HOT water
Directions
Add butter to a medium sauce pan and melt over medium-medium/high heat.
While doing the above chop, onion and tomato.
Once butter is melted add onion and tomato and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add rice and cook an additional minute.
Add 2 cups HOT water then cilantro, and tomato boullion and stir.
Lower heat to low/medium and simmer covered for 25 minutes.
