Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
1 (1 lb 11 oz) can sauerkraut¾ C sugar1 C diced celery1 C diced green pepper¼ C diced onion3 tbs vinegar½ tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 tsp celery seed3 tbs diced pimientos
Directions
Drain sauerkraut for 15 minutes; cut into 1” pieces and put in large bowl
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Stored covered in refrigerator for 24 hours. Keeps indefinitely; makes 10 servings
