Added green peppers and oyster sauce. Served with brown rice, salad and corn and it made a filling, complete healthy meal. My hubby and teenage boys loved it. Thanks. - 8/3/12

You mention heating the oil in the pan, but your recipe does not indicate how much oil. Have you included oil in your calories? - 11/19/11

I liked the beef and leek stir fry a lot. I used low sodium soy sauce and a good amount of coarsely ground black pepper. It was great with wild rice and some mixed chinese vegetables on the side. I also used sesame oil. - 10/16/11

I can not believe how well this went over with my family. The leeks are a nice touch, and they almost work as a pasta substitute...at least that's what my 12-yr old thought. Just be careful not to use to much soy sauce or stir-fry the leeks too long. - 8/1/07
