Ingredients
1/2 cup of whole milkOne scoop of unflavored GNC 100% Whey ProteinThree frozen, unsweetened strawberries1/4 cup of frozen, unsweetened blueberries8 ounces of whole milk plain yogurt (I use homemade)Two or three packs of Splenda or other sweetener as desiredThree ice cubes
Directions
Blend in a good quality blender until well blended. I use a Vitamix. Drink.
