Chicken Fajita in Foil

Ingredients
Juice of 1/2 lime or 1 small lime1/s tsp cornstarch1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp cumin3 1/2 ounces chicken breast, cut into thin strips1/2 green pepper cup into thin strips1/4 small onion cut in thin strips1/2 small zucchini sliced into thin strips
Directions
preheat the oven to 375 degrees

Combine the lime juice and cornstarch and stir until cornstarch dissolves. Add in all the spices and stir until it forms a thick paste.

Add the chicken and all the vegetables

Prepare a large piece of foil by spraying it with cooking spray. Spread the fajita mixture on the foil, top with a second piece of foil and fold over the edges until sealed.

Place packet on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and turn packet over to mix everything up well. Turn packet back over, cut a slit in the top, and allow steam to escape.
