Berry and Apple Crumble

Ingredients
Butter, flour (spelt or other), oats, 16 ounces of fruit (berries and apples or whatever you like), Brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Place fruit in a pie dish (cut up the apple first). Dab 1 Tbsp butter directly on fruit. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp brown sugar on fruit. In a food processor combine 1 stick butter, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup oat until crumbly looking. Then add 1/4 cup brown sugar and pulse until combined. Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until fruit is bubbling through and crumb top is golden color.
