Ingredients
1/2 apple5 medium carrots, scrubbed, tops removed, ends trimmed1/2 small beet with leaves and stems, scrubbed well1/2 lemons, washed, peeled if not organic1/2 - 1 inch of ginger root, wshed
Directions
Juice all ingredients in a power juicer (0.5 horse power or more). Stir and pour the juice. Enjoy!
